Development Project: Coming Soon!

Focused on the redevelopment and revitalization of low income or forgotten communities, the Samjen team is excited to announce a couple of current projects.

This mixed-use building will be the future home to a coffee shop, mortgage company and second location for Samjen Residential & Commercial Realty office. Close to the historical Pettus Bridge, the project will bring some much needed opportunities to the community.

Boutique Hotel: Coming Soon!

The small boutique hotel will consist of 30 to 40 rooms and feature a rooftop lounge with views of Downtown Selma, Alabama. Other amenities include meeting and conference rooms, restaurant, gift shop and more.
